To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMM and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
